The Conlan Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Atlanta (Marietta) office. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager, supporting our Construction Teams and the broader company brand through the development of high-impact proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the construction industry. The position offers exposure to business development, brand management, and project-based content marketing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Candidates with an interest in graphic design, document layout, or visual storytelling are encouraged to apply. While professional design experience is not required, a strong appreciation for clean, well-organized visual communication is highly valued.
This role offers the opportunity to work on real client-facing materials, contribute creative ideas, and develop marketing skills that support both project teams and company growth.
Key Responsibilities Assist in developing customer-facing proposals and qualifications packages that support business development efforts
Support the creation of marketing presentations and visual materials for client meetings and interviews
Help develop and maintain project profiles, company brochures, and marketing collateral
Assist with website updates and social media content highlighting projects, company news, and milestones
Work with Construction Teams to gather project information, achievements, and visuals for marketing use
Help coordinate project photography and visual assets that showcase our work
Ensure brand consistency across all documents and platforms
Assist with marketing initiatives for industry events, career fairs, and client presentations
Organize and maintain marketing templates, project information, and digital assets
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
0–2 years of marketing experience (internships welcome)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar design tools
Interest in graphic design, layout, or visual storytelling
Experience creating presentations, marketing documents, or proposal materials
Interest in construction, architecture, or real estate industries
Portfolio or examples of design or presentation work (optional but welcome)
