About the Role
Linedata is seeking a highly driven and autonomous Content & Sales Enablement Lead to elevate how we bring our Asset Management expertise to market. This role is central to strengthening our storytelling, increasing the impact of our messaging, and accelerating the effectiveness of our commercial teams' client engagement across the US and Europe.
You will take strategic direction from Sales, Product, and Leadership and turn it into clear, compelling, and high-frequency content that fuels campaigns and enables client conversations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on creating, shaping narratives, and delivering content that drives real business outcomes.
This role reports directly to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a high‑impact content engine aligned with Asset Management priorities
Consolidate themes across solutions into clear, differentiated market narratives
Develop custom narratives tailored to specific client segments, prospects, and opportunities, enabling more personalized and impactful engagement across the sales cycle
Generate a consistent flow of content, including use cases, client‑facing materials, campaign assets, and thought leadership
Ensure consistency, clarity, and continuity of messaging across all channels
Drive the creation of digital and multimedia assets (including video), ensuring content is delivered at pace and aligned with campaign priorities
Partner closely with Sales and Relationship Managers to develop content that supports outreach and client engagement
Deliver practical, ready‑to‑use materials that help teams communicate value effectively
Translate complex capabilities into clear, client‑relevant messaging
Campaign & Messaging Development
Help shape the tone, structure, and direction of marketing campaigns
Strengthen storytelling to improve engagement and market impact
Identify opportunities to amplify key messages across regions and channels
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Leadership
Act as a connector to ensure alignment and clarity of messaging
Proactively identify gaps and take initiative to deliver solutions
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B content, sales enablement, or marketing within Asset Management, financial services, or fintech
Strong ability to turn strategy into compelling, client‑facing content
Demonstrated track record as a high‑output content creator
Excellent storytelling skills with a focus on clarity, relevance, and impact
Self‑starter mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives forward
Experience working closely with Sales teams in a commercial environment

Stronger, more cohesive storytelling across Asset Management offerings
Sales teams actively leveraging content in client interactions
