Amazon, San Diego, CA, United States
Our vision for Selling Partner Communities in 2026 is to create the world's most trusted and vibrant seller community, where every interaction drives growth and strengthens partnerships.
We accomplish this vision with the following three objectives: build authentic communities that connect sellers with peers and experts who share their challenges and ambitions, revolutionize communications by launching AI‑powered personalized experiences that deliver what sellers need when they need it, and implement a feedback‑to‑action system demonstrating how seller voice shapes Amazon's evolution and reinforces our role as a trusted partner.
We are seeking a talented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead our event marketing efforts, which include our annual flagship conference, Accelerate, and other selling partner‑facing summits such as the New Seller Summit and the Seller Growth Summit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns, especially through digital channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive multi‑channel strategies across pre‑event, during‑event, and post‑event phases; drive registration and in‑person attendance through strategic initiatives, lead audience segmentation and targeting for customized messaging, and partner with channel teams to maximize virtual participation.
Own pacing toward registration and attendance goals across marketing channels; partner with channel marketers to optimize paid and organic channels, initiate test campaigns, lead experimentation roadmaps, and conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness.
Define messaging frameworks and create engaging content for email, social, blog, and other channels; ensure consistent voice across touchpoints while tailoring content to audience segments.
Establish and report on success metrics, partnering with BI and analytics teams to build comprehensive dashboards; track performance across XBRs, analyze results, synthesize learnings, and make data‑driven decisions to prioritize initiatives.
Build year‑round community engagement and always‑on marketing strategies between events to maintain seller interest and participation throughout the annual cycle.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, technology, PR, Public Policy, and partner teams to identify opportunities, execute campaigns, and build marketing collateral; present strategies and results to VP‑level stakeholders and deliver executive‑level storytelling.
Operate in ambiguity to build new programs from scratch, establishing frameworks and processes for emerging event properties and marketing initiatives.
