Technical Writer & Data Storyteller (Executive Communications)
The Mission
Behind every major technological transformation is a narrative that secured the funding. We are looking for a Technical Writer / Storybuilder who specializes in the "Art of the Deck." You won't just be writing docs; you will be the architect behind the materials that guide our C-suite through the complexities of AI, Data Architecture, and Enterprise Transformation.
This is a behind-the-scenes powerhouse role. You are the partner to our Engineering and Data leaders, translating "under-the-hood" technical milestones into high-polish, decision-ready executive narratives.
The Day-to-Day
Architect Narratives: Partner with Data Architects and AI Leads to turn technical "noise" into structured, logical, and visually compelling PowerPoint storylines.
Executive Production: Build "C-Suite ready" presentations where the flow is intuitive, the data is clear, and the "So What?" is undeniable.
Translate Complexity: Demystify topics like Cloud Platforms (AWS/Databricks), LLM integration, and Data Governance for a non-technical leadership audience.
Strategize Communications: Draft high-impact leadership emails, internal announcements, and transformation scorecards that align with enterprise OKRs.
Iterate at Velocity: Manage fast-turnaround requests for high-stakes meetings with extreme attention to detail and a refined "executive voice."
The Ideal Profile
The "Translator": You have 5+ years in Technical Writing, Management Consulting, or Executive Communications within a heavy tech/data environment.
The PPT Power User: You treat PowerPoint as a production studio. You understand layout, visual hierarchy, and narrative flow (but you prefer building the slides to presenting them).
Technical Fluency: You aren't afraid of the word "Schema." You can sit in a room with Data Engineers and understand the implications of their work on the broader business strategy.
Structured Thinker: You likely live by the Pyramid Principle —you know how to lead with the answer and support it with data-driven evidence.
The "Editor-in-Chief": You have a relentless eye for detail. A misaligned text box or a confusing chart is a personal affront to your craft.
Technical "Must-Haves"
Advanced PowerPoint (Production, not just templates).
Strong Excel (For data organization and scorecard structuring).
Familiarity with Data/AI concepts (Cloud infrastructure, Snowflake/Databricks, ML lifecycles).
A portfolio or track record of converting complex technical data into business-ready visuals.
Why This Role?
This is a unique opportunity to influence the strategy of a global leader from the inside out. You will have a front-row seat to an enterprise-wide AI and Data transformation, acting as the bridge between technical innovation and executive execution.
