W‑2 Sales Position with industry leading commissions (uncapped earning potential)
No Cold Calling – provided pre‑set, quality, and confirmed leads
Paid Training for the first 7 weeks (plus continuous coaching)
Income: On average $150,000/year – $200,000/year (paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (full time)
Responsibilities
You will visit our customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs; our consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options.
You will use tools, training, and our sales methodology while building a rapport with the customers to offer our replacement services.
You will have industry‑leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
You will be expected to provide an exceptional customer service experience from the start of their project to the end.
Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet and/or exceed the customer's needs.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of in‑home or outside sales experience
Prior experience within the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds
A proven track record of closing sales
Self‑motivation and results orientation
A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
A healthy sense of competition—tempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
