Business Development Representative

IQ Restoration is seeking a Business Development Representative to build referral partnerships throughout South Florida. This is a field-based role focused on developing relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, contractors, and other sources that regularly encounter water damage and mold situations. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building long-term referral relationships, and helping grow IQ Restoration’s presence across Miami-Dade and Broward County. Responsibilities Develop relationships with plumbers, property managers, and insurance professionals Visit offices and job sites to introduce IQ Restoration services Generate water damage and mold remediation opportunities Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners Represent IQ Restoration in a professional manner Help expand the company’s referral network Qualifications Restoration, construction, or plumbing industry experience is a plus Strong relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in the field Must be based in South Florida Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their own book of business and grow with a rapidly expanding restoration company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
