Worship & Media Director Full-Time // Tampa, FL Christ Fellowship Tampa Christ Fellowship is praying for a Worship & Media Director who loves Jesus deeply, loves people naturally, and loves creating worship environments where hearts awaken to God. We are not simply looking for a musician — we are asking God to bring someone who will help lead our church family into a deeper life of worship, discipleship, and mission. We are becoming a neighborhood church movement — rooted in Jesus, centered in discipleship, and formed for mission — with congregations in Seminole Heights and South Tampa, and more to come. We are building something that lasts, not something that entertains. We want to see people encounter Christ in worship, grow as disciples, and live out their faith where they live, work, and play. We have a new facility under construction that we will be moving into in the next few months, and we are launching a Christ Fellowship University training pipeline to develop leaders from within our church. It is a season of momentum, expectancy, and new ground. And we believe worship will play a vital role in this future. What We’re Looking For Carry humility, authenticity, and a shepherd’s heart Be musically gifted, vocally strong, and able to lead from guitar or keyboard Be energized by developing people and multiplying leaders Thrive in a diverse, multi-ethnic worship environment Be passionate about discipleship through worship Bring creativity, ownership, and vision to media and technology Primary Responsibilities Lead worship at the Seminole Heights congregation on Sunday mornings Recruit, equip, and develop worship team members and musicians for both congregations Support and strengthen a volunteer-led worship team at the South Tampa congregation Shape worship environments that draw people to Jesus Arrange worship sets with theological depth and cultural breadth Oversee teams that serve in the media, livestream, sound, lighting, and Sunday production experience Help train volunteers in media and tech systems Support worship integration within the Vibrant Life discipleship framework Contribute to worship planning for future congregational plants Our Worship Culture Authentic Christ-centered, not platform-centered Participatory, not spectator-based Multi-ethnic + multi-generational, not narrowly defined Excellent with joy — not excellent with ego We regularly sing songs from Maverick City and Elevation Worship — and we seek to express a sound shaped by who God is forming us to be. Qualifications Mature follower of Jesus Skilled vocalist + worship leader Ability to play guitar or keyboard Experience in leading worship in a multi-ethnic church worship experience Passion for developing people and teams Strong organizational + tech/media ability Humble, collaborative, teachable spirit #J-18808-Ljbffr
