Account Executive - Staffing

Overview We are seeking a sales-driven professional to drive new business and revenue growth across IT staffing and solutions offerings. This role is focused on developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and partnering closely with an internal recruiting and delivery team to execute on client needs. The position operates with a full-desk sales mindset, owning client engagement and revenue while leveraging internal resources for delivery. IT contract staffing (core offering) IT solutions and project-based services, including: Server, network, and desktop support Automated backup and recovery VOIP solutions Managed security awareness programs Offshore and hybrid delivery models Key Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound prospecting and relationship development Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on new logo acquisition and account expansion Sell across multiple service lines, including staffing, project-based solutions, and offshore capabilities Assess client needs and recommend the appropriate delivery model (staffing, project, hybrid, offshore) Partner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to move candidate pipelines into client submissions Manage the full sales lifecycle, including submissions, interviews, offers, and placements Track and manage activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within CRM systems Operate with a business-owner mindset, managing territory performance against defined activity and revenue targets Role Profile Hunter-oriented sales professional focused on new business generation Owns client relationships and revenue outcomes Collaborates with internal teams for recruiting and delivery execution Balances strategic account growth with consistent outbound activity Success Factors Ability to build new client relationships and generate pipeline Strong understanding of IT staffing and solutions sales Effective collaboration with internal teams to drive delivery Consistent execution against activity and performance metrics #J-18808-Ljbffr
