We are seeking a strategic, client-facing marketing leader to develop and execute member engagement and communication strategies that drive measurable business results. This role blends strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment.
You will lead the development of targeted marketing campaigns, partner with internal stakeholders and creative teams, and use data-driven insights to improve engagement, optimize performance, and demonstrate ROI.
Key Responsibilities Develop and present customized member marketing strategies aligned to client goals.
Lead end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and high quality.
Use data, analytics, and audience insights to drive targeting, personalization, and optimization.
Partner with cross-functional teams across account management, analytics, campaign management, and creative.
Create post-campaign reporting that highlights results, behavior change, and ROI.
Serve as a subject matter expert in member engagement and consumer communications.
Required Qualifications 7+ years of consumer marketing experience.
5+ years of experience working with internal and/or external stakeholders.
Strong communication, project leadership, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry.
Agency, consulting, or client-facing strategy experience.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving environment.
