Position Overview This role functions as a proposal-focused marketing specialist supporting a transportation team. The position is centered on full-cycle pursuit execution, including proposals, qualifications, and presentations. Core Responsibilities Manage full proposal lifecycle from kickoff through submission Develop proposals, LOIs, and qualifications packages Coordinate inputs from technical teams Track deadlines and ensure compliance Write and edit proposal content Compensation and Work Structure $80K – $85K base Fully remote Optional office access in Florida 1–2 days quarterly in-office (Orlando/Jacksonville) for team collaboration Ideal Candidate Profile 4–10 years AEC proposal experience Strong RFP/RFQ experience Deltek Vantagepoint and Adobe InDesign proficiency required #J-18808-Ljbffr
