Role Overview SupremeJobs LLC is seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to join our Norman, OK office. This role combines digital marketing, content creation, event participation, and candidate support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, comfortable managing marketing platforms, and confident interacting with candidates and hiring companies at live events and through online support channels.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Management Manage and optimize SupremeJobs.com’s social media accounts
Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns and Google Analytics
Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness
Content Creation Collaborate on messaging, branding, and campaign themes
Design of social posts is optional (assets may be externally sourced)
Write blogs focused on: Recruitment trends
Hiring insights
Events & Brand Representation Attend job fairs and recruitment events across various US locations
Represent SupremeJobs.com professionally at events
Engage with candidates, hiring companies and potential partners
Support lead generation and brand visibility initiatives.
Candidate Support Provide assistance to candidates via the Intercom support platform
Respond to inquiries related to: Platform usage
General guidance
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or similar role
Working knowledge of: SEO o Social media management tools
Ability to create clear, engaging marketing content
Comfortable interacting with users/customers
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience in recruitment, HR, or job-board platforms
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma, etc.)
