The Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and performance‑driven Digital Content Specialist to manage and optimize content across Plexus Worldwide’s websites and digital platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring all published content is accurate, compliant, visually optimized, and aligned with business objectives, delivering high‑quality, timely content that enhances user experience and drives measurable improvements in SEO performance and site engagement. Key Performance Objectives On‑time and error‑free content delivery for launches and campaigns Improved SEO rankings and organic traffic growth High‑quality, compliant content with minimal revisions required Positive stakeholder feedback and cross‑functional collaboration Enhanced user experience metrics (engagement, bounce‑rate, etc.) Key Responsibilities Execute content publishing with precision (build, proofread, and publish digital content aligned with campaign and product launch timelines). Manage and optimize CMS content (enter, update and maintain website content within CMS platforms while adhering to HTML/CSS structures and content models). Ensure content quality & consistency (review and update existing pages to meet brand, compliance and digital standards). Enhance user experience (optimize content layout, formatting and imagery to improve usability, accessibility and overall site experience). Perform SEO & metadata optimisation (implement SEO best practices, update metadata and identify opportunities to improve search rankings and site performance). Support digital launches & testing (contribute during UAT, ensuring content accuracy and readiness for launch). Develop and edit digital assets (create and modify images and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite to support campaigns and product releases). Collaborate cross‑functionally (partner with marketing, compliance and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements). Drive continuous improvement (identify and recommend enhancements to content processes, workflows and user experience). Maintain flexibility for business needs (support occasional off‑hours work during critical launches or updates). Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in content management or a related field 1+ year of experience with HTML/CSS fundamentals Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field 2+ years of content management or digital marketing experience Skills & Expertise Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop preferred) Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Google Ads) Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment High level of professionalism, confidentiality and initiative Benefits Highly rated and competitive medical plans 401k with company match and immediate vesting 1:1, personalised health coaching Many other voluntary benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
