Key Responsibilities for the Director of Plant Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and production goals
• Lead and develop plant leadership and operational teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with executive leadership on operational, financial, and growth strategy
• Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and production goals
• Lead and develop plant leadership and operational teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications for the Director of Plant Operations:
• Senior-level operations or plant leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Proven track record of leading large teams and multi-functional operations
• Experience driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Ability to lead onsite in a hands-on operational setting
