Overview
We are seeking a Web Marketing Specialist to support website content management and digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining web properties, ensuring content accuracy, optimizing user experience, and supporting marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain website content using content management systems
Perform regular site audits, testing, and quality control checks
Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness
Ensure brand consistency and adherence across all web properties
Maintain and update website content including landing pages and profiles
Support SEO initiatives and digital marketing campaigns
Analyze website performance and provide insights using analytics tools
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (ADA 508)
Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and training materials
Manage multiple web projects while meeting deadlines
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in web or digital marketing roles
Experience with content management systems (AEM preferred)
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Knowledge of design concepts and image optimization for web
