Regional Enterprise Architect

Regional Enterprise Architect,

you will:

Responsible for shaping and guiding regional and market-level technology strategies and architectures. This role ensures alignment with Client global architecture standards while meeting local business objectives. The position partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver holistic, scalable, and data-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities

Defining and driving the regional and market enterprise architecture strategy for North America, ensuring alignment with business priorities and D&T strategy. Partnering with senior business leaders, the Regional Director, Enterprise Architects, and Value Stream teams to understand business needs and translate them into architectural direction. Collaborating with business partners and the regional team to assess the current maturity of the region and markets using Client global process taxonomy and updating architecture roadmaps accordingly. Working closely with Solution Architects to ensure solution designs align with regional and market architecture roadmaps and global standards. Maintaining a clear, documented view of current-state (as-is) architectures and future-state roadmaps to support decision-making and stakeholder communication. Monitoring and reporting on architecture effectiveness using defined KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. Participating actively in architecture governance processes, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Driving opportunities for technology reuse, simplification, and standardization across the region and markets. Skills and Experience

Proven experience in business process modelling and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. A strong track record of working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business processes to a wide range of audiences. Ability to adapt to evolving business needs, technology trends, and regional requirements, while maintaining a consistent architectural vision. Education

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

This is a Contract full time opportunity.

Pay Rate:

$130.00 - $154.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
