Business Development Executive

Location: Orlando, FL (Preferred) | Las Vegas, NV | Nashville, TN Compensation: $88,060 $106,097 base salary (based on experience and qualifications) + Commission Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | Travel up to 50% Are you a driven relationship-builder with a passion for live events and cutting-edge technology? LMG is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our Show Services team. We're looking for a dynamic sales professional who already knows the live events industrysomeone with established networks, proven revenue results, and the ability to hit the ground running. What You'll Be Doing As a Business Development Executive, you'll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies that expand LMG's presence in the live event market. Develop and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong profit margins Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking Leverage existing relationships within the live event and production industry to accelerate growth Partner with internal Account Executives and Project teams to ensure seamless client experiences Accurately track all sales activities in CRM, maintaining detailed records of accounts, opportunities, and progress Stay informed on competitive trends and market developments, sharing insights with leadership Represent LMG through industry organizations, associations, and events What We're Looking For Experience & Expertise 510 years in business development or sales within the AV, live events, or production industry Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven Results Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals Communication & Negotiation Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills Strategic Thinking Ability to analyze opportunities, forecast revenue, and manage pipelines effectively Leadership Capable of mentoring others and representing LMG at the highest level Why Join LMG?
