Bristol, CT Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Based on experience & certifications. Flat rate / performance incentives available. Job Summary: Crowley Auto Body is seeking a skilled I-CAR Certified Autobody Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for performing high-quality collision repairs in accordance with OEM procedures and shop standards. We are looking for a dependable, production-driven technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs Complete metal work, panel replacement, and dent repair Operate frame machines and measuring systems Perform welding (MIG/spot; aluminum a plus) Disassemble and reassemble vehicles (R&I) Follow OEM repair procedures and safety guidelines Conduct self-quality checks before moving vehicles to next stage Maintain clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with estimators and production team Requirements: Certifications: I-CAR Certification (required or in progress) ASE Certification Experience: Minimum 2+ years collision repair experience Experience with structural and non-structural repairs Familiarity with DRP environments preferred Skills: Strong metal finishing and body repair skills Welding experience required Ability to read and follow repair plans Knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair software Attention to detail and quality workmanship Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and shop environment conditions Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Holiday pay Opportunities for training and advancement Supportive team environment Schedule: Monday
