We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our global team and drive the enhancement and implementation of Salesforce solutions across retail and investment management businesses for leading banking clients. This role requires a confident developer with strong coding skills and deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and front-end technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Lightning components and customizations to meet regional and global business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and internal systems using API integration and RESTful services. Apply best practices to increase adoption and deliver a unified client ecosystem. Develop Apex classes, triggers, test scripts, and front-end components using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and ensure data integrity across systems. Deploy rapid prototyping to propose solutions for complex challenges. Implement DevOps best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX. Participate in Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews. Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning. Hands-on experience with Apex, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SOQL/SQL. Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with third-party vendors and RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of DevOps tools, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX. Experience with Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment. Preferred Skills
Experience in Financial Services industry. Knowledge of BDD/TDD and automated testing frameworks.
