SUMMARY:
Responsible for loan applications received from members through various application channels and expediting the loan application lifecycle. Responsible for quality control review, returned mail, monthly maintenance reports and systems testing.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: High school education or GED required Minimum one year financial services experience required Minimum one year lending or credit card experience preferred JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for third party direct lending relationships, including application origination, document collection, funding, partner correspondence and reporting. Manage member correspondence on pending loan applications. Review loan documents for accuracy and file to our core lending system. Distribute and track Salesforce referrals, assigning referrals to the appropriate lending representatives for follow up. Assist the Consumer Lending Processor team with application overflow, documentation validation and loan funding. Communicates loan decisions via email or phone. Sends follow up emails in accordance with Lending Policy; acts as liaison between members, Consumer Lending Processors, and Direct Loan Officers. Support Lending Program Management with system user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts for system upgrades and new product roll outs and report findings to the project leads. Responsible for returned mail. Contacts members to obtain updated information when needed. Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor Benefits of Joining the Teachers Team:

The good faith range for this position is $23.00 to $27.00 hourly. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
