Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
SAP S4HANA FICO Functional Consultant
with strong expertise in
Record-to-Report (R2R) financial processes . The candidate will participate in
end-to-end SAP S4HANA implementations , focusing on
FI-CO modules , financial reporting, controlling, and integration with other SAP modules.
Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills At least
2 full lifecycle SAP S4HANA implementations
in
SAP FICO
with a focus on
Record-to-Report (R2R)
processes Strong understanding of
SAP FI-CO modules
(Financial Accounting and Controlling) Hands-on experience configuring
FI (GL, AR, AP, New GL)
and
CO sub-modules Knowledge of
Tax & Legal reporting, Profit Center/Segment accounting, Intercompany, and Financial Close Functional knowledge of
integration
between FI-CO, FI-SD, FI-MM, CO-SD, and CO-PP modules Experience with
Controlling closing activities, profitability segments, and variance analysis Monitor and analyze
cost structures, performance metrics, and budget compliance Experience with
SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, and reporting tools Understanding of
CDS Views & LTMC tool SAP S/4 Finance / Management Accounting certification
is a plus Knowledge of
configuration management methodologies and tools Effective
communication with overseas clients and onsite teams
Roles & Responsibilities Participate in
requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, configuration, unit testing, and UAT Ensure timely delivery of work from the team during
development/testing phases Act as a
functional SME for Record-to-Report processes , including journal entries, account reconciliation, financial closing, and compliance Ensure
quality deliverables
through proper testing and review Provide
daily status reporting
to Project Manager / Onsite counterpart
