We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Order Processor to join our client's shipping and receiving team. In this role, you will be the final link between their toy production line and the families waiting for their products. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in accuracy and has a command of professional shipping platforms.
salary: $20 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM education: High School

Shipment Processing:
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and manifests using
FedEx Ship Manager
and
UPS WorldShip . Order Verification:
Double-check picked orders against invoices to ensure the correct toys, quantities, and accessories are included before sealing the box. Inbound/Outbound Logistics:
Receive incoming raw materials and toy components; verify piece counts against bills of lading (BOL) and report any discrepancies. Inventory Documentation:
Update our internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) to reflect real-time stock levels and completed shipments. Coordination:
Communicate with freight carriers and internal departments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
The essential functions of this role include: working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
