Performance Measurement Analyst I
to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client's business and becoming a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to Performance Management, Data Analysis and Evaluation in the Intelligence Community (IC).
Duties and Responsibilities: Leads data-gathering and analysis, designs and conducts research Develops databases and spreadsheets, creates process flow diagrams, drafts project reports, training materials, and other deliverables Performs instructional design and multi-media responsibilities and performs training and knowledge sharing. Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree Minimum of (7) years of relevant professional experience Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting DHS and/or Intel Organization
SALARY RANGE: $110K-125K (subject to change)
ELIGIBLE FOR PERFORMANCE BASE BONUS
