Inside Side Rep - Franklin, NH
Momentum Manufacturing Group - Engineered Extrusions (MMG Extrusions). located in NH's beautiful lakes region, is seeking a Inside Sales Rep to support customers throughout the aluminum extrusion process-from quote to delivery.
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and updates • Enter and maintain orders in EPICS and review drawings/specs • Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, production, and quality teams • Track job progress, communicate lead times, and manage changes or expedites • Assist with customer issues, complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions
Qualifications: • Strong communication and customer service skills • Experience with EPICS or similar MRP systems • Ability to read technical drawings and understand extrusion processes • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Teams
