Responsibilities
Coordinate the check-out and return of service loaner vehicles. Inspect, document, and prepare vehicles for each customer use. Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments and conditions. Assist customers courteously and ensure a smooth loaner process. Collaborate with service and management teams to track and manage fleet availability. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in automotive service, rental, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
