We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Talent Acquisition and Community Engagement Specialist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Home and Community Based Services team. Your Role in Our Mission This career opportunity will partner with hiring managers to hone in on the much-needed qualifications per vacant opportunity. You will be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of Direct Support Professionals, Qualified Professionals, and other requisitions as needed. This position is a hybrid position reporting to our Charlotte/Concord office with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and within the western region of North Carolina to support the needs of our home and community based services.
