Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable, energetic Front Desk Sales Associate who is comfortable with sales, customer service, and maintaining a spotless tanning environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and strong earning potential. Compensation & Schedule: Part-time position Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay Commission on sales Opportunity to increase earnings through performance Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Sell tanning packages, memberships, and retail products Educate clients on tanning services and red light therapy options Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Follow up with leads and return missed calls or messages promptly Handle client questions about services, pricing, and equipment Process payments and manage appointments Clean and sanitize tanning beds and red light therapy beds after every use Maintain strict cleaning standards throughout the studio Clean and maintain tanning and red light equipment regularly Keep lobby, front desk, and common areas neat and organized Restock products and supplies as needed Assist with promotions and in-store marketing efforts Qualifications: Strong communication and sales skills Comfortable asking for the sale and upselling services Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Key Expectations: Cleaning is a top priority in this role Sales performance is a core part of the job Professional appearance and positive attitude required Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team Powered by JazzHR
