Investor Relations Associate/Vice President
Magnitude Capital, a dynamic alternative investment firm, seeks an analytical, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial colleague to join its investor relations department. This role spans the full spectrum of marketing and investor relations activities, including contributing to new business development efforts, supporting existing client relationships, and driving strategic IR initiatives. Strong performance is expected to lead to increased responsibility over time. What you will do: Join a high-performing, close-knit investor relations team responsible for the full spectrum of Magnitude's client-related activities Support sales, client retention, and relationship-building efforts
Assist with prospecting and new client acquisition Serve as a subject matter expert for Magnitude's investment strategies Work cross-functionally with the investment, technology, operations, and compliance teams to respond to internal and external requests Contribute to investor communications, including formal written materials Travel in support of investor and prospect coverage
Gain in-depth knowledge about financial markets, Magnitude's investment approach, and our competitive landscape Contribute to longer-term strategic projects that enhance the firm's distribution approach, client relationship management, and product development What you have: 47 years of experience in a demanding, relationship-driven role Prior client-facing experience at a top-tier hedge fund, premier asset management firm, or leading investment bank Strong commitment to high-touch client service with an emphasis on accuracy and precision Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely Collaborative, team-first mindset paired with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Process-oriented mentality with the patience to analyze and improve each step taken Unusually high attention to detail, supported by a disciplined and meticulous approach to execution A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to overcome challenges and deliver results Professional humility and a growth mindset with a desire for candid feedback to support your ongoing development What we do: The firm was founded in 2002 by senior hedge fund professionals and has become a top industry performer serving a diverse and growing institutional client base.
