Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, network engineering, or platform operations. 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles. Hands-on experience with Nokia platforms preferred. Experience integrating Order & Activation Platforms (OAP) in fiber or telecom environments. Proven success stabilizing, consolidating, and scaling platforms in high-growth organizations. Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
