Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension or conversion) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Rate: $30-$32/Hr Experience with Loan IQ Required! Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Execution Administrator to support commercial loan servicing operations within a fast-paced banking environment. This role is responsible for handling administrative and operational functions tied to the lifecycle of commercial loan transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of client service. Key Responsibilities
Support business execution activities by assisting with process improvements, tools, and operational workflows Perform complex administrative and operational support tasks related to commercial loan servicing Manage loan lifecycle activities including:
Account maintenance Loan modifications and rebookings Transaction processing
Respond to escalated inquiries and provide resolution support Interact with internal stakeholders and clients to gather and communicate information Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all servicing functions Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or business support roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Desired Qualifications
Experience in commercial loan servicing or banking operations Familiarity with loan lifecycle processes (servicing, maintenance, rebooking, etc.) Experience with loan systems such as Loan IQ (highly preferred) or similar platforms (e.g., ACBS, AFS) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships What We're Looking For
