Lead all onsite construction activities, directing field crews and subcontractors Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, OSHA standards, and Marino's field protocols Coordinate manpower, equipment, deliveries, and daily workflow Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules Work closely with project managers on planning, sequencing, and problem-solving Track daily production quantities and progress; report issues proactively Conduct daily huddles, toolbox talks, and jobsite inspections Maintain quality standards for excavation, grading, utilities, concrete, paving, environmental, and other civil scopes Serve as the main onsite leader interfacing with inspectors, owners, and engineers MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5+ years of field supervision in civil, utility, heavy highway, or site development construction Strong understanding of earthwork, pipe installation, concrete, environmental remediation, and roadway work Ability to read plans, schedule work, and direct crews effectively Knowledge of safety protocols; OSHA 30 preferred Excellent field presence, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills What's on Offer
