The Glo Pals brand is hiring! We are a locally-rooted company with global reach that values creativity, imagination, and the joy of play. We are looking for a creative wordsmith that understands the magic that words can hold and loves the power of a pun. This role is the bridge between our products and families that use them. Your work will live on nursery shelves, in frantic parents' inboxes, and on screens to customers in more than 40 countries. Although this is part-time, we are open to a full-time position for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Draft, write, and proof written copy for print projects such as product catalogs, packaging, marketing material, etc.
• Help build a thoughtful, empathetic, and on-brand messaging framework for the customer support team, promoting a positive experience for every customer.
• Work with our E-Commerce team to craft high-converting, playful copy for product listings on glopals.com, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms that resonate with parents.
• Assist in PR efforts such as press releases, industry awards, media coverage, and product launches.
• Ensure brand tone and voice is consistently communicated to external partners such as sales reps, international distributors, and retailers.
• Work closely with Art Director to achieve consistent brand identity across all outlets and design materials.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial/mass media writing.
• Detailed knowledge of the English language, rules of grammar, punctuation, and technical aspects of writing.
• Proven time management skills with project deadlines.
