Influencer Relations Coordinator (Contract) Job at Replit in Foster City

What You’ll Do Source and identify creators, influencers, and online communities aligned with Replit Support outreach and communication with creators (email, DMs, ongoing relationship management) Coordinate influencer partnerships end-to-end (briefing, timelines, deliverables, follow-ups) Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign logistics across multiple creators Support negotiations and partnership logistics (rates, scope, usage rights, etc.) Maintain internal systems (creator lists, tracking docs, status updates) Help keep the creator program organized, on schedule, and running smoothly How You’ll Work Partner closely with the Creator Lead while owning execution Operate with strong attention to detail and follow-through Manage multiple creators, timelines, and priorities simultaneously Move quickly while staying organized and responsive What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in marketing, influencer/creator partnerships, talent, or social media Strong understanding of internet culture and creator ecosystems (TikTok, YouTube, X, Instagram, etc.) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable coordinating externally with creators and internally with teams Good judgment on content quality and brand alignment Self-starter who can operate independently and learn quickly Nice to Have Experience working directly with influencers or managing partnerships Familiarity with contracts, rates, and basic negotiation Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment Personal experience creating content or being part of online communities Full-Time Employee Benefits Include Competitive Salary & Equity 401(k) Program with a 4% match ⚕️ Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Paid Parental, Medical, Caregiver Leave Commuter Benefits Monthly Wellness Stipend Autonomous Work Environment In Office Set-Up Reimbursement Flexible Time Off (FTO) + Holidays Quarterly Team Gatherings ☕ In Office Amenities To achieve our mission of making programming more accessible around the world, we need our team to be representative of the world.
