Assistant Program Director

Join the NFI North team to lead a high‑impact adolescent residential treatment program in Sidney, ME, designed to support ages 10‑20 in overcoming life challenges and fostering belonging.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical, medical and educational staff and oversee daily operations.
• Manage administrative paperwork and maintain accurate program documentation.
• Collaborate with the Program Director on overall program planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Detail‑oriented with strong team‑leadership and communication skills.
