Operations / Manufacturing Finance Leadership (Enterprise Scope)

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a senior finance leader to support an enterprise-wide financial transformation.

This role sits at the center of the finance function, with responsibility for improving how cost, margin, and profitability are understood and used to drive decision-making across the business.

The position combines deep manufacturing finance expertise with broader operational leadership — requiring both hands-on execution and the ability to build, scale, and lead a function over time.

Key Areas of Focus

• Lead the development of a consistent, scalable approach to cost and profitability analysis
• Partner directly with Operations and Engineering to improve financial visibility and performance
• Support pricing, product mix, and capital investment decisions through improved financial insight
• Build and scale a high-performing finance capability over time
• Establish processes and operating rhythms that support long-term growth

Profile

• 10–15+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations finance
• Multi-site manufacturing experience required (ideally 10+ locations)
• Track record of building, improving, or scaling finance processes or teams
• Strong business partnership with Operations and/or Engineering
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in evolving environments
