Head of EMC Regional Product Management EMEA Remote (m/f/d)

The Head of EMC Regional Product Management EMEA Remote (m/f/d) will own the regional strategy developing, cascading, and executing to sustainably expand business in the region. You will be accountable for EMC portfolio business performance in your market and will lead a team of field application engineers to execute performance goals and initiatives. You will bring a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mind‑set, excellent commercial acumen, and a hands‑on leadership style. This is a key role charged with developing a high‑performing team to ensure continuous growth, in both mature and emerging markets (electrification, automation, sustainability). The role will appeal to those with growth aspirations in product management and business leadership.

In this role, you will be part of the PSS (Power and Signal Solutions) Product Management team and will report to the Head of Regional Product Management EMEA of PSS. The role will be based in Europe.

Job Requirements

  • Own and ensure financial execution for the regional business plan including pipeline/conversion, bookings, billings, gross margin, and operational expenses needed to support product-line growth
  • Design go-to-market strategy, inclusive of channel strategy and partnerships
  • Define, prepare, and deploy commercial release of products in region and monitor launch performance
  • Effectively articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Actively manage and develop a team of field application engineers
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to align strategic priorities and execution to accelerate top-line growth
  • Develop relationships with major direct customers and key distribution partners for the region

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Several years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management
  • Demonstrated leadership success in direct line and global matrix environments, including change management, team development, and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Industry experience in electronic, electrical, or automation products (e.g. motion & drives, energy management, robotics); relevant product exposure (e.g. EMI filtering, power quality) is a plus
  • Proven track record in managing both direct and distribution business models across multiple applications
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated success in developing business strategies and driving top‑and‑bottom‑line financial results
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and translate strategy into fast, effective executionHands‑on experience with commercial tools and methodologies (Voice of the Customer, market segmentation, strategic pricing, messaging etc.)
  • Solid understanding of key business and financial metrics, including P&L impact, forecasting, budgeting, and planning
  • Experience in portfolio lifecycle management, with the ability to clearly communicate decisions to internal and external stakeholders
