Director of Information Technology

We’re seeking a hands‑on IT Infrastructure leader to drive the integration and standardization of multiple acquired environments into a unified, secure platform.

This is not a purely strategic role — we’re looking for someone who has personally led system integrations, worked within infrastructure environments, and enforced security/compliance standards.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Adhering to SOC 2 Type II compliance requirements
• Leading end‑to‑end IT integration of newly acquired entities (systems, networks, vendors)
• Consolidating and standardizing infrastructure across multiple environments
• Managing and holding multiple MSPs accountable for execution and delivery
• Driving cloud and hybrid infrastructure strategy (AWS/Azure + on‑prem)
• Enforcing security, compliance, and documentation standards across all systems

Required Experience (Must‑Have):

• Direct experience leading IT integrations in acquisition‑driven or multi‑entity environments
• Strong, hands‑on background in infrastructure, networking, and systems integration
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple MSPs and external vendors
• Hands‑on experience with SOC 2 Type II compliance (required — not theoretical exposure)
• Experience aligning environments to NIST or similar security frameworks
• Ability to work both strategically and in the weeds — this role is not hands‑off

This Role is NOT a Fit If You:

• Have only worked in a single, stable IT environment
• Are primarily focused on helpdesk or end‑user support
• Have not been directly involved in system or infrastructure integrations
• Do not have hands‑on SOC 2 / security compliance experience
• Prefer purely strategic leadership roles without execution
