Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced marketing leader that is passionate about improving outcomes for cancer surgery. The position will lead all the company’s marketing initiatives from execution of programs, customer development, and creative aspects to maximize market awareness of the company’s unique technology and build a reputable brand in the field.
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing budget and prioritize projects to achieve short-term and long-term financial targets.
- Develop impactful marketing campaigns.
- Drive strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Plan presence in industry conferences.
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Develop content and copy for external facing materials (website, social media channels, pitch deck, videos, print, blogs, testimonials).
- Create marketing messages with the right voice and tone to align with the target audience.
- Conduct cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for company initiatives and projects.
- Host events for customers.
- Develop training and educational materials.
- Execute partnerships with groups that may help with product and company promotion.
- Manage external graphic design/creative team in creation of marketing collaterals.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of professional experience in marketing and/or brand management.
- Bachelor’s Degree required with strong academic background.
- Strong experience in leading and developing creative concepts.
- Strong experience with modern-day digital marketing software and tools.
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.
- Great understanding of design, copy, and web best practice guidelines.
- Ability to execute meaningful events.
- Experience working for an early-stage startup or interest in working for an early-stage startup.
- Proficient with all G-Suite and Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
