Compensation: $120-150k + 25% incentive plan

A confidential client, a highly dynamic lifestyle hospitality brand, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead revenue strategy for one of Miami’s most vibrant and high-energy hotel destinations. This is an opportunity for a driven, strategic, and hands-on sales leader to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, social-forward environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive total hotel revenue
  • Lead proactive group and corporate sales efforts
  • Drive market penetration across Miami and South Florida
  • Maximize revenue across rooms, events, and social spaces
  • Analyze market trends and competitor positioning
  • Build strong local partnerships and brand relationships
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to ensure performance excellence

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hotel sales leadership experience (lifestyle or Marriott brand preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong group and corporate sales experience
  • Deep understanding of the South Beach/Miami market
  • Experience with Marriott systems (CI/TY, MarRFP, etc.) preferred
  • High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
