Regional Director of Sales

Great Lakes Management invites you to apply for the Regional Director of Sales role. This full‑time, exempt position supports a portfolio of senior living communities in the Minnesota region, driving occupancy growth and developing high‑performing sales teams aligned with GLM’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support Sales Directors across assigned communities
  • Drive occupancy growth by coaching lead management, tours, follow‑up, outreach, and conversion strategies
  • Monitor KPIs including inquiries, tours, conversions, CRM activity, occupancy, and revenue trends
  • Conduct regular on‑site visits to evaluate sales processes, team performance, and brand standards
  • Partner with Executive Directors, RDOs, and marketing to ensure aligned sales execution
  • Develop and deliver sales training, onboarding, and performance improvement plans
  • Support community‑level events, outreach, and referral‑partner relationship building
  • Analyze market data, competitor trends, and community positioning
  • Assist with hiring, mentoring, and onboarding new Sales Directors
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and pipeline management across all locations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of senior living sales leadership experience (multi‑site preferred)
  • Proven success in occupancy growth and sales team mentorship
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to communities within the region
  • Passion for serving seniors and supporting high‑performing teams
