BridgeTower Media is seeking a dynamic, results-driven sales leader to drive revenue growth across our omnichannel portfolio, including digital, event sponsorship, and print solutions. This role leads strategic selling, performance execution, and talent development across multiple brands and product lines while serving as a market-facing business leader within the communities and industries we serve.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic vision — excelling in forecasting, data-driven execution, digital transformation, and building high-performing teams that consistently exceed revenue goals.

This is a remote role that requires travel, and it is preferable if the candidate is local to one of our legal brand markets including Boston MA, St. Louis MO, Richmond VA, or Charlotte NC.

Key Accountabilities + Responsibilities:

  • Identify high-growth market segments, whitespace opportunities, and emerging trends with a strong focus on expanding digital and event revenue
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, bringing market insights into product development, marketing, and strategic planning
  • Represent BridgeTower Media as a respected business leader, building strong relationships with key clients, community leaders, and strategic partners

Strategic Selling & Revenue Execution

  • Lead adoption of value-based and digital-first selling strategies, tools, and data-driven account prioritization
  • Drive new business development initiatives and innovative revenue streams
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships while leading negotiations on high-value, complex deals
  • Champion sales transformation through CRM, analytics, AI-driven selling tools, and modern go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure CRM serves as the single source of truth for pipeline management, forecasting, and account strategy
  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across brands and platforms
  • Develop accurate forecasts using pipeline analytics, historical data, and market trends
  • Track and manage leading indicators (pipeline creation, win rates, deal size, activity levels) and lagging results (revenue, retention)
  • Use dashboards and analytics to diagnose gaps, adjust strategy, and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide regular performance reporting and strategic insights to executive leadership
  • Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales leaders and representatives across multimedia brands
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching, deal reviews, and personalized development plans
  • Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a high-performance, accountable sales organization
  • Champion a culture of creativity, resilience, accountability, and growth mindset

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with marketing, product, finance, content, and operations teams to align revenue strategy with company objectives
  • Ensure optimization of revenue streams across digital, events, and print platforms

Skills + Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in B2B and media, digital, or multi-product environments
  • 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role managing direct reports and revenue ownership
  • Proven ability to lead multi-brand, omnichannel sales teams to consistent goal achievement
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM-driven sales operations
  • Track record of building new revenue streams and growing strategic accounts
  • Highly analytical with experience using dashboards, data tools, and performance metrics
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience driving digital transformation and modern sales methodologies preferred
  • Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down
