This role requires up to 75% travel within the state of NE, IA, ND, MD.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead weekly sales calls for regional communities, providing guidance, training, and support onsite and virtually.
  • Achieve and maintain 95%+ occupancy through innovative marketing, PR, and sales strategies.
  • Coach sales teams on building relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources, guiding them through the decision‑making process.
  • Collaborate with Executive Directors to solve challenges, drive growthextent, and meet business objectives.
  • Support community events, direct mail campaigns, networking efforts, and advertising initiatives.
  • Develop KPI‑driven marketing plans and lead targeted initiatives for each community.
  • Step in as Interim Senior Living Consultant when needed, managing tours, lead generation, and CRM data.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales team members.
  • Maintain close communication with the CEO for strategy development, brainstorming, and ongoing support.

What You Bring:

  • Proven sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Strong local relationships to drive business growth and achieve goals.
  • Management experience with leadership, mentoring, and training skills.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs_ground, ROI, and budget management.
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within the region and attend occasional evenings or weekend events.
