Director, POM Product Manager – Wealth Services, Lake Mary, FL
Responsibilities
- Lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex products.
- Use subject matter expertise, experience, and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders, and senior leaders.
- Collaborate with Product / Platform Leadership to share progress, flag challenges, and codify lessons learned.
- Manage issue escalations and risks.
- Translate regulatory and client commitments into clear, executable product plans with disciplined delivery timelines.
- Establish strong execution rigor, ensuring teams deliver against milestones mandated by regulators and clients.
- Act as a servant leader, coaching and developing product managers to maximize team performance and impact.
- Lead by example through hands‑on engagement in product design, prioritization, and delivery orchestration.
- Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive platform delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10‑12 years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery.
- High proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.
- Domain expertise in relevant Product/Platform areas.
- Passion for challenging the status quo and driving out‑of‑the‑box ideas.
- Eagerness to “roll up the sleeves” in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Ability to make hard and fast decisions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
