Overview
Our client is a leading healthcare services provider focused on delivering high-quality outpatient care through a national network of physician partners. As the organization continues to scale and enhance its operational capabilities, it’s seeking a Senior Vice President of Strategy & Transformation to lead a team responsible for the development and execution of key strategic growth and operational initiatives across the enterprise. Reporting to the CEO, this individual will partner closely with executive leadership and physician stakeholders to drive performance, lead growth efforts and optimize clinical and operational outcomes across the platform.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strategy consulting experience in addition to 10+ years of post-MBA experience within healthcare services.
- Strong understanding of multi-site provider environments.
- Track record of driving operational excellence and growth.
- Highly visible, high-impact leadership style; thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
