Diagnostic Imaging Director – Miami, Florida Area

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience) + Relocation Assistance

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Imaging leader ready to step into a visible, high-impact role within a 290-bed medical center. You'll have the autonomy to stabilize operations, strengthen team culture, and drive overall performance across the department.

What You'll Do

• Lead all diagnostic imaging operations, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, workflow, and departmental performance
• Manage budgets, equipment, and inventory
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Build and develop a team of approximately 50 FTEs with a focus on culture and retention

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of Director-level Imaging leadership experience
• ARRT certification required
• Associate degree required
• 5+ years of overall imaging experience
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and team stability

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the COO
