We are seeking a Director of Finance to guide budgeting, reporting, audits, and financial strategy while supporting a dedicated team. This role offers the competitive salary of $90,000-$95,000.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily financial operations with accuracy and integrity
• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Support program leaders to ensure resources strengthen services
• Supervisor and mentor Business Office staff
• Manage cash flow, billing, collections, and key financial processes
• Contribute to strategic planning that advances our mission

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting
• Leadership experience preferred
