Our client, one of Ireland’s leading independent accountancy and business advisory firms, is seeking an Audit Director to join their growing team. Known for their hands-on approach and tailored solutions, they work with businesses of all sizes across a variety of sectors. Responsibilities:
- Audit Leadership – Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, managing end-to-end audit engagements while ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
- Strategic Growth & Business Development – Identify new opportunities, contribute to tender processes, and support the firm’s expansion efforts.
- Technical Expertise & Innovation – Utilise audit technology, automation, and data analytics to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and PCAOB standards.
- People Development & Culture – Lead and mentor audit teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality performance.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum three years’ experience as a Senior Audit Manager in a reputable firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit methodologies and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and deliver results.
- Experience with audit software, automation, and data analytics tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: €95,000 – €105,000 (negotiable based on experience).
