If in doubt, please write to to seek clarification or report any abuse..* 18-20+ years of progressive architecture experience (Enterprise/Principal/Solution Architect) delivering enterprise-scale platforms.* Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture (security, identity, networking, resiliency, observability, cost optimization).* Extensive experience with Databricks Lakehouse (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows; performance and cost tuning).* Proven experience designing AI/ML platforms and deploying production solutions; demonstrable work with agentic AI orchestration and/or advanced AI workflow patterns.* Strong architecture depth across distributed systems, event-driven integration, APIs, and modern data engineering.* Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment and governance.* Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences experience (regulated environments). Familiarity with HIPAA, GxP, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11 or similar is beneficial.* Hands-on experience with unstructured data processing at scale: document intelligence/OCR, NLP extraction, semantic search, vector databases, and structured output pipelines.* Experience with event streaming and CDC patterns (Kafka / Event Hubs / Kinesis; Debezium patterns, etc.) and ELT tooling (including dbt where appropriate).* Certifications: Azure (AZ-305/AZ-104), Databricks, Security, or relevant AI credentials.* Enterprise architecture leadership with pragmatic execution bias* Strong communication: executive storytelling, trade-offs, and influence* Governance and secure-by-design mindset* Mentorship and organizational capability building* Outcome orientation: time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and cost control
