Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

A mid-size, corporate-driven law firm in Minneapolis is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to contribute on CRE transactions in a group with a notable local impact and national reach.

Compensation

• $175,000-185,000+ base salary plus bonuses.

Details

• This group performs a wide variety of sophisticated commercial real estate work including purchases, acquisitions, leasing and financing.
• Draft purchase and sale agreements, counsel clients, and negotiate with opposing counsel.
• Title review, survey, and retail leasing experience preferred.
• 1800 billable hour requirement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Minnesota Bar Admission.
• JD from accredited law school.
