Description
We are seeking a Program Director for Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health's Fentress program, a group home for males 12-21 with various psychological and behavioral disorders. This position will supervise residential staff and oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high‑quality therapeutic services.
Location & Compensation
Rutland, MA. Salary starts at $54,000 annually, with additional compensation for higher education and/or years of experience up to $61,560. $1,000 sign‑on bonus and $250 bonus if MAP certified.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement programs for residents.
- Supervise residential staff and manage budget.
- Integrate community‑based experiences for youth.
- Ensure delivery of therapeutic services and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a residential treatment setting with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to complete 2‑week orientation training.
