Are you excited to work at the intersection of hardware devices and AI assistant? We are redefining the Alexa customer experience by creating next-generation AI-based technology that will radically change how people interact with devices. We are also transforming our business model and rethinking how we sell Echo devices to millions of customers worldwide. We are seeking a customer‑obsessed, experienced Senior Product Manager to lead sales and marketing for Echo devices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales strategy for a subset of Echo products and work with a cross‑functional team, including product development, demand planning, in‑stock, finance, retailers, merchandising, and advertising, to develop and execute a multi‑year plan to grow the Echo business.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies to maximize unit sales, profit and revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities and creative ways to showcase AI value.
- Establish and execute competitive pricing and promotions on Amazon.com and offline retailers such as Best Buy and Target.
- Manage inventory to ensure clean product transitions from one generation to the next.
- Interact at multiple levels of the company and present to senior leadership.
A day in the life
Manage a sizable portion of the Echo P&L, requiring strong business acumen and high judgement. Lead and deliver short- and long‑term results through thoughtful strategy and excellent execution. Report on business health to senior leaders and navigate ambiguity, adjusting forecasts or strategy when technology evolves rapidly. Turn complex data sets into clear, executive‑ready narratives that influence roadmap and investment.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
- Experience with sales targets, business development, and driving customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $136,000.00 to $184,100.00 USD annually. The package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
